Before the day
Most of the work happens over the weekend, so Wednesday night is just setup and fun.
Wednesday, before 5:00
Both desserts home by mid-afternoon. You home by 4:45.
Egg allergy rules
The tiramisu has egg in the cream and the ladyfingers, so it stays at Mami's seat.
- Cake is cut and served before the tiramisu comes out of the fridge.
- Tiramisu gets its own plate, server and fork, and stays at Mami's seat.
- Anything that goes on the cake (sprinkles, candies): check every label for egg.
- Wipe the table and wash hands before everyone moves to the couch.
